Custom Hardcover Photo Book Form

I look forward to custom designing a photo book for you, so that you can enjoy your memories from our session through tangible prints that make you smile every day.

I will select the approximately 25 images to include in your photo book, based on my artistic eye and expertise in photo book design. If there are any particular photographs that you would like to be sure to include in the photo book, please follow the instructions in the Print Guide I emailed to you with your gallery (and please only submit this form once you have done so; otherwise, I will assume that you do not have any selections and will begin photo book design).

Please note that there are no proofs/revisions for you to review after you order your photo book. The book will be custom designed by Whitney and shipped to you after final approval from the professional printing lab.
